What is the one trait that your volunteers need to succeed with digital ministry?
I get it. I’ve heard from so many of you that you’re tired of doing this digital ministry thing alone – if you could just find some volunteers to help, it would lift such a burden and allow you to focus on some other pressing ministry areas. But so many times, when you search for volunteers, you get the same answer.
“I’m not good with technology!”
While many people have uttered those very words, there is a trait that you can look for that I think is the key to building a volunteer team. What you need is someone who is not afraid to try.
If you’ve got someone like that, they can learn the right buttons to push at the right times. And I have a simple three-step process you can use to get started.
In this Facebook video, I share that process. Will you give it a shot? Let me know how it goes.
